In plain language, here is what the guarantee applies to:

• A $200 account credit, per provider. If we miss 60 days, we put a $200 credit on your Carepatron bill for each provider who misses, with no cap on how many.
• The clock pauses while we are waiting on you. Time we spend waiting for your information or signatures does not count against the 60 days.
• You return what we ask for complete and accurate, within about a week. When we request something, send it back within 7 business days, filled in correctly. If anything is missing or wrong, the clock stays paused until it is fixed.
• Commercial payers. Government payers (like Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare) run on their own timelines, so they sit outside the 60-day clock.
• New credentialing, US-based practices. For US practices starting commercial credentialing with us.

Do I keep my own NPI and contracts?

Yes. You stay credentialed under your own NPI, and your payer contracts are yours. We act as your agent to do the work, nothing changes hands.

We will walk you through pricing on the call so it fits your practice. The walkthrough is the fastest way to get a clear number for your situation. If the guarantee ever pays out, it lands as a credit on your Carepatron bill, $200 per provider who misses the 60 days.

Is my money ever touched?

No. Payments land in your own bank account. We invoice our fee separately and are never a signatory on your account.
