Everything is drafted to my recommended default so it is ready to move. These are the calls that are genuinely yours. Each one shows what I went with and the alternative. Tell me which to change and I will update every asset to match.
1What is the $200 remedy, exactly?
Alternative: real cash or cheque. Matches "we pay you" more literally and feels bolder, but it is a payout operation to stand up and reconcile.
2Per provider or per practice, and is there a cap?
Alternative: a flat $200 per practice regardless of provider count. Simpler to explain, less generous to bigger clinics.
3How fast must the practice respond to us?
Alternative: a longer or shorter window (5 or 10 business days). This is the single biggest lever on how often we owe $200.
4Sender of the email
Alternative: you (Jamie) again, or the Carepatron brand identity.
5When does it send?
Alternative: hold for a fixed date once legal lands. I do not recommend sending the $200 promise before the terms are final.

Designed email from Glen with the guarantee as a bold hero. One CTA to the walkthrough.

Open termsSubject line A/B I would run on the email: "Credentialed in 60 days, or we pay you $200" versus "We put $200 on your credentialing timeline".
Send to the same audience as the cofounder note (paying US admins, about 2,500), automatically excluding anyone who has bounced or already booked a walkthrough off the last email. Same booking CTA, same goal (booked walkthroughs). The guarantee reframes for practices not yet billing insurance AND for those weighing a new payer, so the whole base is fair game.
