Decisions for you

Everything is drafted to my recommended default so it is ready to move. These are the calls that are genuinely yours. Each one shows what I went with and the alternative. Tell me which to change and I will update every asset to match.

Decide

1What is the $200 remedy, exactly?

Recommended: a $200 account credit if we miss. Instant to apply, no cheque to cut, still reads as "money back".

Alternative: real cash or cheque. Matches "we pay you" more literally and feels bolder, but it is a payout operation to stand up and reconcile.

Decide

2Per provider or per practice, and is there a cap?

Recommended: $200 per provider that misses, capped at $600 per practice. Fair to multi-provider clinics while bounding our exposure.

Alternative: a flat $200 per practice regardless of provider count. Simpler to explain, less generous to bigger clinics.

Decide

3How fast must the practice respond to us?

Recommended: the 60-day clock pauses whenever we are waiting on the practice, and they must return requested items within 7 business days or the guarantee voids for that payer.

Alternative: a longer or shorter window (5 or 10 business days). This is the single biggest lever on how often we owe $200.

Decide

4Sender of the email

Recommended: Glen (runs the billing team). Operational credibility for a money-backed promise, and a natural next voice after your cofounder note last week.

Alternative: you (Jamie) again, or the Carepatron brand identity.

Decide

5When does it send?

Recommended: 3 to 4 days after the cofounder note (which sent Jun 18), so roughly now, but only once the terms and page are signed off. The "why" warmed them up; the guarantee is the "now act".

Alternative: hold for a fixed date once legal lands. I do not recommend sending the $200 promise before the terms are final.

The email

Designed email from Glen with the guarantee as a bold hero. One CTA to the walkthrough.

The landing page

Where the email CTA points: how it works, what is covered, FAQ, book a call.

Open page

The terms (draft)

Plain, structured terms for you and legal. Every unconfirmed number is tagged for review.

Open terms

Subject line A/B I would run on the email: "Credentialed in 60 days, or we pay you $200" versus "We put $200 on your credentialing timeline".

The plan, in one line

Send to the same audience as the cofounder note (paying US admins, about 2,500), automatically excluding anyone who has bounced or already booked a walkthrough off the last email. Same booking CTA, same goal (booked walkthroughs). The guarantee reframes for practices not yet billing insurance AND for those weighing a new payer, so the whole base is fair game.
